Rhaia James

Rhaia James, a native of Sugar Land, TX, and the Community Relations Director at Villa at Riverstone Memory Care has been in healthcare for almost 10 years. All of her experience has been serving the senior population with eight years in memory care.

She became a Certified Activity Director in 2015, and shortly after decided to become a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Rhaia has helped hundreds of families, including her own, make the difficult decision to transition into a memory care community. Currently, in nursing school to gain more knowledge into the disease. Her passion is helping those with cognitive impairments have a quality of life in a dignifying manner.
